Beginners2Runners clubs are safe, fun, and friendly places to get fit, meet new people, and stay healthy. Each club has a dedicated Club Manager and Volunteer Team Leaders who plan and lead a variety of training and fun sessions. It doesn't matter how fit you are or how fast you can run. Beginners2Runners is for everyone, from total beginners to experienced runners. We're all here to help each other reach our goals. We don't compete against each other; we're teammates, not competitors. Running with Beginners2Runners is like going out with friends, not exercising.
B2R meet Mondays and Wednesdays at 7.30pm at Hythe Cricket & Squash Club, with run/walk group sessions suitable for all abilities. A new group for beginners starts on 28th April - why not give it a go?
