We offer dance, dance fitness and choreography classes, courses and workshops for young adults, teenagers and adults of all ages, including ‘Young at Heart' classes and courses suitable for the over 50's, or for those who want a more gentle class, all delivered throughout each year.

Our Thursday classes at Hythe Cricket & Squash Club are cash only on the door, pay as you go and just turn up. Please make sure you sign the form on your first class and provide a valid email address as we do have breaks and do social party nights and events and these dates and info will be emailed to you.

7.00pm - 7:45pm - CUBAN SALSA Classes BEGINNERS Fundamentals & Pre- Imp (Levels 1 & 2)

15min Freestyle Dancing - music goes on to practice. Ask the Instructors any questions.

8.00pm - 9.00pm - CUBAN SALSA Classes ALL OTHER levels - Impr & above.

9.00pm - til late - FREESTYLE Social Dancing - Music goes on & you can dance the night away.
